IN THE MATTER OF an order made by the Canadian International Trade Tribunal on March 20, 2000, in Review No. RR-99-002, continuing, with amendment, its order made on March 21, 1995, in Review No. RR-94-002, continuing, without amendment its order made on March 16, 1990, in Review No. RR-89-003, continuing, without amendment, the findings of the Anti-dumping Tribunal in its report made on August 7, 1984, in Inquiry No. GIC-1-84, concerning:

SUBSIDIZED CANNED HAM UNDER 1.5 kg PER CAN, ORIGINATING IN OR EXPORTED FROM DENMARK AND THE NETHERLANDS

NOTICE

On May 4, 2004, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal (the Tribunal) issued Notice of Expiry No. LE-2004-001 relating to the aforementioned order. Persons or governments requesting or opposing the initiation of an expiry review of this order were requested to file written submissions containing relevant information, opinions and arguments with the Secretary of the Tribunal not later than May 26, 2004.

The Tribunal received no submission in support of a review and continuation of the said order. Consequently, no expiry review of this order will be initiated.

Pursuant to the Special Import Measures Act, an order continuing a finding of injury or threat of injury and the associated special protection in the form of anti-dumping or countervailing duties expire five years from the date of the order, unless an expiry review has been initiated.

In light of the foregoing, the Tribunal hereby gives notice that, pursuant to paragraph 76.03(1)(b) of the Special Import Measures Act, the order made by the Tribunal on March 20, 2000, in Review No. RR-99-002 will expire on March 19, 2005.
