TABLE OF CONTENTS

IN THE MATTER OF an order made by the Canadian International Trade Tribunal on July 24, 2001, in Expiry Review No. RR-2000-002, continuing, with amendment, its order made on July 25, 1996, in Review No. RR-95-002, continuing, without amendment, its finding made on July 26, 1991, in Inquiry No. NQ-90-005, and its finding made on January 23, 1992, in Inquiry No. NQ-91-003, concerning:

CARBON STEEL WELDED PIPE ORIGINATING IN OR EXPORTED FROM ARGENTINA, INDIA, ROMANIA, CHINESE TAIPEI, THAILAND AND BRAZIL

NOTICE

On September 20, 2005, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal issued Notice of Expiry No. LE-2005-003 relating to the aforementioned order. Persons or governments requesting or opposing the initiation of an expiry review of this order were requested to file written submissions containing relevant information, opinions and arguments with the Secretary of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal no later than October 17, 2005, and replies by October 26, 2005.

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal received no submissions in support of an expiry review and a continuation of the order. Consequently, no expiry review will be initiated.

Pursuant to the Special Import Measures Act, an order continuing a finding of injury or threat of injury and the associated special protection in the form of anti-dumping or countervailing duties expire five years from the date on which the last order was made, unless an expiry review has been initiated.

In light of the foregoing, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal hereby gives notice that, pursuant to paragraph 76.03(1)(b) of the Special Import Measures Act, the order made by the Canadian International Trade Tribunal on July 24, 2001, in Expiry Review No. RR-2000-002 will expire on July 23, 2006.
