IN THE MATTER OF a finding of material injury of the Anti-dumping Tribunal dated March 29, 1983, respecting:

STAINLESS STEEL STRIP IN THE AISI 400 SERIES, EXCLUDING AISI TYPE 409, ORIGINATING IN OR EXPORTED FROM THE FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF GERMANY AND FRANCE (ADT-19-82)

D E C I S I O N

On March 14, 1989, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal issued a Notice of Expiry (LE-89-005) relating to the aforementioned finding. Having received no representations in support of a review and continuation of the said finding, and being satisfied that a review is not warranted, the Tribunal has decided not to initiate a review of the finding.

The finding will, therefore, expire as of November 30, 1989, pursuant to subsection 76(5) of the Special Import Measures Act.
