D E C I S I O N

On March 14, 1989, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal issued a Notice of Expiry (LE-89-005) relating to the aforementioned finding. Having received no representations in support of a review and continuation of the said finding, and being satisfied that a review is not warranted, the Tribunal has decided not to initiate a review of the finding.

The finding will, therefore, expire as of November 30, 1989, pursuant to subsection 76(5) of the Special Import Measures Act.
