IN THE MATTER OF a finding of material injury of the Canadian Import Tribunal dated August 14, 1985, respecting:

CHARCOAL BRIQUETS PRODUCED BY OR ON BEHALF OF HUSKY INDUSTRIES, INC., ATLANTA, GEORGIA, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF HARDWOOD BRIQUETS IMPORTED UNDER TARIFF ITEM 58900-1 AND INSTANT LIGHTING BRIQUETS (CIT-4-85)

D E C I S I O N

On December 19, 1989, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal issued a Notice of Expiry (LE-89-020) relating to the aforementioned finding. Having received no representations in support of a review and continuation of the said finding, and being satisfied that a review is not warranted, the Tribunal has decided not to initiate a review of the finding.

The finding will, therefore, expire as of August 13, 1990, pursuant to subsection 76(5) of the Special Import Measures Act.
