IN THE MATTER OF a finding of material injury of the Canadian Import Tribunal dated August 22, 1985, respecting:

RAIL-CAR AXLES AND LOCOMOTIVE AXLES, ORIGINATING IN OR EXPORTED FROM THE UNITED KINGDOM (INQUIRY NO. CIT-5-85)

D E C I S I O N

On December 21, 1989, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal issued a Notice of Expiry (LE-89-021) relating to the aforementioned finding. Having received no representations in support of a review and continuation of the said finding, and being satisfied that a review is not warranted, the Tribunal has decided not to initiate a review of the finding.

The finding will, therefore, expire as of August 21, 1990, pursuant to subsection 76(5) of the Special Import Measures Act.
