IN THE MATTER OF a finding of material injury of the Canadian Import Tribunal dated December 4, 1985, respecting:

SURGICAL ADHESIVE TAPES AND PLASTERS, EXCLUDING ELASTIC TAPES AND PLASTERS, ORIGINATING IN OR EXPORTED FROM JAPAN (CIT-8-85)

D E C I S I O N

On April 17, 1990, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal issued a Notice of Expiry (LE-90-003) relating to the aforementioned finding. Having received no representations in support of a review and continuation of the said finding, and being satisfied that a review is not warranted, the Tribunal has decided not to initiate a review of the finding.

The finding will, therefore, expire as of December 3, 1990, pursuant to subsection 76(5) of the Special Import Measures Act.
