SOUR (TART) CHERRIES ORIGINATING IN OR EXPORTED FROM THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
N O T I C E
On May 28, 1993, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal issued Notice of Expiry No. LE-93-002 relating to the aforementioned finding. Pursuant to the Special Import Measures Act, findings of material injury and the associated anti-dumping duties expire in five years from the date of the last order or finding unless a review is initiated.
No request has been received by the Tribunal in support of a review and continuation of the said finding.
Please be advised that, pursuant to subsection 76(5) of the Special Import Measures Act, this finding will, therefore, expire as of January 29, 1994.
