IN THE MATTER OF an inquiry under section 42 of the Special Import Measures Act respecting the dumping of certain hot-rolled carbon steel plate and high strength low alloy plate originating in or exported from Mexico, the People’s Republic of China, the Republic of South Africa and the Russian Federation;

AND IN THE MATTER OF a request by counsel for Wirth Limited and Russell Metals Inc. that Stelco Inc. produce certain reports to its Board of Directors

O R D E R

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal hereby orders, pursuant to section 17 of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act and Rule 61 of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Rules, that Stelco Inc., a party in the above-referenced inquiry, produce the following document:

Feasibility Study of Tippins & Co., Pittsburgh, P.A., U.S.A. prepared in 1995 for Stelco Inc. in order for the latter to consider an investment in a proprietary coil/plate installation at Hamilton, Ontario
