IN THE MATTER OF an expiry review, under subsection 76.03(3) of the Special Import Measures Act, of the findings made by the Canadian International Trade Tribunal on January 7, 2005, in Inquiry No. NQ-2004-005, concerning certain fasteners originating in or exported from the People’s Republic of China and Chinese Taipei;

AND FURTHER TO a notice of motion filed by Leland Industries Inc. on November 2, 2009, under rule 24 of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Rules, for an order requiring that Mr. Mirco Walther appear before the Canadian International Trade Tribunal at the hearing for the aforementioned expiry review and be sworn as a witness for GRK Canada Limited and that counsel for GRK Canada Limited file and serve on all parties to the expiry review a written statement for Mr. Walther dealing with matters raised by or on behalf of GRK Canada Limited in these expiry review proceedings.

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal hereby dismisses the motion.
