IN THE MATTER OF an expiry review, pursuant to subsection 76.03(1) of the Special Import Measures Act, of the order made by the Canadian International Trade Tribunal on August 22, 2019, in expiry review RR‑2018‑003, concerning:
SILICON METAL ORIGINATING IN OR EXPORTED FROM THE PEOPLE’S REPUBLIC OF CHINA
ORDER
The Canadian International Trade Tribunal, pursuant to subsection 76.03(1) of the Special Import Measures Act, has conducted an expiry review of the order made on August 22, 2019, in expiry review RR‑2018‑003, continuing, without amendment, its finding made on November 19, 2013, in inquiry NQ‑2013-003, concerning the dumping and subsidizing of silicon metal containing at least 96.00 percent but less than 99.99 percent silicon by weight, and silicon metal containing between 89.00 percent and 96.00 percent silicon by weight that contains aluminum greater than 0.20 percent by weight, of all forms and sizes, originating in or exported from the People’s Republic of China.
Pursuant to paragraph 76.03(12)(b) of the Special Import Measures Act, the Tribunal continues its order in respect of the aforementioned goods.
