IN THE MATTER OF an expiry review, pursuant to subsection 76.03(1) of the Special Import Measures Act, of the order made by the Canadian International Trade Tribunal on September 5, 2019, in expiry review RR-2018-004, concerning:

THERMOELECTRIC CONTAINERS ORIGINATING IN OR EXPORTED FROM THE PEOPLE’S REPUBLIC OF CHINA

ORDER

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal, pursuant to subsection 76.03(1) of the Special Import Measures Act (SIMA), has conducted an expiry review of the order made on September 5, 2019, in expiry review RR‑2018-004, concerning the dumping and subsidizing of thermoelectric containers that provide cooling and/or warming with the use of a passive heat sink and a thermoelectric module, excluding liquid dispensers, originating in or exported from the People’s Republic of China.

Pursuant to paragraph 76.03(12)(b) of SIMA, the Tribunal continues, without amendment, its order in respect of the aforementioned goods.
