ORDER OF THE TRIBUNAL

WHEREAS, the above-noted application was filed on June 23, 2003;

WHEREAS, the Commissioner filed a submission with the Tribunal on July 28, 2003, consenting to the above-noted application;

GIVEN that the Tribunal is satisfied that the conditions set out in subsection 67.1(4) of the Customs Act have been met;

THEREFORE, the Tribunal grants the extension of time and orders that the time to file a notice of appeal from the Commissioner's decisions regarding the above-noted re-determinations or further re-determinations be extended to September 3, 2003.
