ORDER OF THE TRIBUNAL

IN THE MATTER OF an application made by Phyllis Francis, under section 67.1 of the Customs Act, for an order extending the time limit to file a notice of appeal with respect to Detailed Adjustment Statement No. 00000624344268 issued by the Canada Border Services Agency on February 16, 2005.

ORDER OF THE TRIBUNAL

Having considered the above application and being satisfied that the conditions set out in section 67.1 of the Customs Act have been met and that no representation to the contrary on behalf of the President of the Canada Border Services Agency has been submitted, the Tribunal orders that the time to file a notice of appeal with respect to the said Detailed Adjustment Statement be extended to October 25, 2005.
