ORDER OF THE TRIBUNAL

IN THE MATTER OF six applications made by 2747-7173 Québec Inc. (Climan Transport), under section 81.32 of the Excise Tax Act, for an order extending the time to serve, under section 81.17 of the Excise Tax Act, six notices of objection with respect to notice of determination Nos. 20041117QUE104, 20041117QUE105, 20041117QUE106, 20041117QUE107, 20041117QUE108 and 20041117QUE109 of the Minister of National Revenue dated November 17, 2004.

ORDER OF THE TRIBUNAL

Having considered the above applications, and being satisfied that the conditions set out in paragraphs 81.32(7)(a) and (b) of the Excise Tax Act have been met and that no representation to the contrary on behalf of the Minister of National Revenue has been submitted, the Tribunal grants the extension of time and allows 2747-7173 Québec Inc. (Climan Transport) until January 16, 2006, to serve its notices of objection.
