ORDER OF THE TRIBUNAL

IN THE MATTER OF applications made by Ottor Freightways Ltd., under section 81.32 of the Excise Tax Act, for an order extending the time to serve, under section 81.17 of the Excise Tax Act, six notices of objection with respect to notice of determination Nos. 20051003SOR201, 20051003SOR202, 20051003SOR205, 20051003SOR206, 20051003SOR207, 20051003SOR208 and 20051003SOR209 of the Minister of National Revenue dated March 10, 2005.

ORDER OF THE TRIBUNAL

Having considered the above applications, and being satisfied that the conditions set out in paragraphs 81.32(7)(a) and (b) of the Excise Tax Act have been met and that no representation to the contrary on behalf of the Minister of National Revenue has been submitted, the Tribunal grants the extension of time and allows Ottor Freightways Ltd. until March 22, 2006, to serve its notices of objection.
