ORDER

IN THE MATTER OF an application made by Contech Holdings Canada Inc., pursuant to section 67.1 of the Customs Act, for an order extending the time to file a notice of appeal pursuant to section 67 of the Customs Act with respect to decisions of the President of the Canada Border Services Agency dated May 12, 2010.

ORDER

Having considered the application and noted that the President of the Canada Border Services Agency does not oppose the application, and being satisfied that the requirements and conditions set out in subsections 67.1(2) and (4) of the Customs Act have been met, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal grants the extension of time and hereby accepts the documents filed by Contech Holdings Canada Inc. on August 24 and September 7, 2010, as a notice of appeal, pursuant to subsection 67(1) of the Customs Act.
