IN THE MATTER OF an application made by TST Truckload Express Inc., pursuant to section 81.32 of the Excise Tax Act, for an order extending the time to file an appeal pursuant to section 81.19 of the Excise Tax Act with respect to Notice of Decision No. GB0513 7180 9490 and GB0513 7180 7238 (or Account No. 14106 5938 RT0001) of the Minister of National Revenue dated November 17, 2011.

ORDER

Having considered the above application, and having noted that the Minister of National Revenue does not oppose the granting of the application, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal is satisfied that the conditions for granting it exist. Consequently, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal hereby grants the extension of time, and accepts the documents filed by TST Truckload Express Inc. on February 28, 2012, as a notice of appeal pursuant to section 81.19 of the Excise Tax Act.
