IN THE MATTER OF an application made by Keena Truck Leasing & Transport Ltd. pursuant to section 81.32 of the Excise Tax Act, for an order extending the time to file an appeal pursuant to section 81.19 of the Excise Tax Act with respect to a notice of decision with respect to Account No. 10278 7082 RE0001 of the Minister of National Revenue dated November 15, 2011.

ORDER

Having considered the above application, and having noted that the Minister of National Revenue does not oppose the granting of the application, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal is satisfied that the conditions for granting it exist. Consequently, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal hereby grants the application, and accepts the documents filed by Keena Truck Leasing & Transport Ltd. on February 28, 2012, as a notice of appeal pursuant to section 81.19 of the Excise Tax Act.
