IN THE MATTER OF an application made by Sigvaris Corporation, under section 67.1 of the Customs Act, for an order extending the time to file notices of appeal under subsection 67(1) of the Customs Act with respect to Detailed Adjustment Statements relating to transaction Nos. 13946270227286, 13946270227173, 13946270264259, 13946270221246, 00000629444692, 13946270227231, 00000629444818, 13946270227184, 13946270227275 and 00000629444750, dated February 7, 2007, issued by the President of the Canada Border Services Agency;

AND IN THE MATTER OF notices of appeal filed on May 29, 2007, in respect of the above-mentioned transactions.

ORDER OF THE TRIBUNAL

Having considered the submissions of Sigvaris Corporation, having noted that the President of the Canada Border Services Agency took no position with respect to the above-mentioned application, and being satisfied that the requirements and conditions set out in subsections 67.1(2) and (4) of the Customs Act have been met, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal grants the extension of time and hereby accepts the documents filed by Sigvaris Corporation on May 29, 2007, as notices of appeal of the above-mentioned transactions, under subsection 67(1) of the Customs Act.
