TABLE OF CONTENTS

IN THE MATTER OF an application made by Burton Canada Company, under section 67.1 of the Customs Act, for an order extending the time to file a notice of appeal under section 67 of the Customs Act with respect to a Detailed Adjustment Statement dated January 10, 2007, issued by the President of the Canada Border Services Agency.

ORDER OF THE TRIBUNAL

Having considered the submissions of Burton Canada Company, having noted that the President of the Canada Border Services Agency had no objection to the granting of this application, and being satisfied that the requirements and conditions set out in subsections 67.1(2) and (4) of the Customs Act have been met, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal grants the extension of time and hereby accepts the documents filed by Burton Canada Company on May 30, 2007, as a notice of appeal, under subsection 67(1) of the Customs Act.
