IN THE MATTER OF an application made by Lallemand Inc., pursuant to section 67.1 of the Customs Act, for an order extending the time to file a notice of appeal pursuant to section 67 of the Customs Act with respect to 10 decisions of the President of the Canada Border Services Agency dated July 5, 7 and 20, 2011.
Having considered the submissions of Lallemand Inc. and noted that the President of the Canada Border Services Agency does not oppose the application, and being satisfied that the requirements and conditions set out in subsections 67.1(2) and (4) of the Customs Act have been met, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal grants the extension of time and hereby accepts the documents filed by Lallemand Inc. on October 31, 2011, as a notice of appeal, pursuant to subsection 67(1) of the Customs Act.
