IN THE MATTER OF an application made by the Iron Ore Company of Canada, pursuant to section 60.2 of the Customs Act, for an order extending the time to file requests for further re-determinations pursuant to section 60 of the Customs Act.

ORDER

Having considered the application of the Iron Ore Company of Canada and noted that the President of the Canada Border Services Agency does not oppose it, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal is satisfied that the requirements and conditions set out in section 60.2 of the Customs Act have been met.

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal hereby grants the application for an extension of time to file requests for further re-determinations pursuant to section 60 of the Customs Act and orders the President of the Canada Border Services Agency to accept as timely the requests for further re-determination filed by Iron Ore Company of Canada on April 13, 2012, with respect to decisions dated December 21, 2011, and January 5, 2012, made pursuant to section 59 of the Customs Act by an officer designated by the President of the Canada Border Services Agency for this purpose.
