IN THE MATTER OF an application made by Jeno Neuman et Fils Inc., pursuant to section 67.1 of the Customs Act, for an order extending the time to file a notice of appeal pursuant to section 67 of the Customs Act with respect to a decision of the President of the Canada Border Services Agency dated July 8, 2009, with regard to transaction No. 11957000297850.
Having considered the application and noted that the President of the Canada Border Services Agency does not oppose the application, and being satisfied that the requirements and conditions set out in subsections 67.1(2) and (4) of the Customs Act have been met, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal grants the extension of time and hereby accepts the documents filed by Jeno Neuman et Fils Inc. on April 6, 2010, as a notice of appeal, pursuant to subsection 67(1) of the Customs Act.
