IN THE MATTER OF an application made by Tri-Ed Ltd., pursuant to section 67.1 of the Customs Act, for an order extending the time to file a notice of appeal, pursuant to section 67 of the Customs Act, with respect to a decision of the President of the Canada Border Services Agency dated October 16, 2014.

ORDER

Having considered the application of Tri-Ed Ltd. and noted that the President of the Canada Border Services Agency does not oppose it, and being satisfied that the requirements and conditions set out in subsections 67.1(2) and (4) of the Customs Act have been met, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal grants the extension of time and hereby accepts the documents filed by Tri-Ed Ltd. on January 15 and February 5, 2015, as a notice of appeal, pursuant to subsection 67(1) of the Customs Act.
