IN THE MATTER OF an application made by Innovex Produits Techniques Inc., pursuant to section 67.1 of the Customs Act, for an order extending the time to file a notice of appeal pursuant to section 67 of the Customs Act with respect to decisions dated January 20, 2015, issued by the President of the Canada Border Services Agency.

ORDER

HAVING NOTED that the Canada Border Services Agency consents to the above-mentioned application and that the conditions stipulated in subsection 67.1(4) of the Customs Act have been met;

THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS as follows:

• the time to file a notice of appeal pursuant to subsection 67(1) of the Customs Act is extended with regard to the four decisions of the President of the Canada Border Services Agency issued on January 20, 2015, concerning transaction Nos. 11197003014091, 11197003013476, 11197003019154 and 11197003027804;
• Appendix 3 of the application by Innovex Produits Techniques Inc. in the current file is accepted as notices of appeal pursuant to subsection 67(1) of the Customs Act with regard to the decisions concerning the four above-mentioned transactions;
• the four appeals thus constituted are joined to Appeal No. AP-2015-001;
• the Registrar of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Secretariat will communicate with the parties and new time limits for proceeding with Appeal No. AP-2015-001 will be determined depending on the circumstances; furthermore, a new hearing date will be set if the parties demonstrate that the joining of the new appeals requires a postponement of the hearing on February 11, 2016.
