IN THE MATTER OF an appeal filed by Scentsy Canada Enterprises ULC on September 12, 2019, pursuant to section 60 of the Customs Act, R.S.C. 1985, c. 1 (2nd Supp.);

AND IN THE MATTER OF a motion filed pursuant to subrule 24(1) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Rules, SOR/91-499, requesting that paragraphs 79 to 92 be struck from the brief filed by the Canada Border Services Agency.

The motion to strike paragraphs 79 to 92 of the brief filed by the Canada Border Services Agency is denied.

The deadlines to file additional documents pursuant to paragraphs 34(3)(a) and 35(3)(a) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Rules are hereby extended to Friday, March 13, 2020.
