IN THE MATTER OF an application made by Bridgestone Canada Inc., pursuant to subsection 60.2(1) of the Customs Act, for an order extending the time to file requests for further re-determination pursuant to section 60 of the Customs Act.

ORDER

Having considered the submissions of Bridgestone Canada Inc. and having noted that the President of the Canada Border Services Agency does not object to the above‑mentioned application, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal finds that the requirements and conditions set out in section 60.2 of the Customs Act have been met.

The Tribunal grants the application for an extension of time and gives Bridgestone Canada Inc. 30 days from the date of this order to file requests for re-determination, pursuant to section 60 of the Customs Act, with respect to the re-determination listed in the application.
