AND FURTHER TO a motion filed by the Department of Public Works and Government services on October 11, 2016, pursuant to rule 24 of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Rules, requesting that the Canadian International Trade Tribunal dismiss the complaint on the basis that it does not have jurisdiction to inquire.
