ORDER
In its determination of November 23, 2015, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal, pursuant to section 30.16 of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act, awarded the Department of Public Works and Government Services its reasonable costs incurred in bringing the complaint. The Canadian International Trade Tribunal’s preliminary indication of the level of complexity for the complaint case was Level 2, and its preliminary indication of the amount of the cost award was $2,750. Noting that there have been no submissions contesting the preliminary indication of the level of complexity or the preliminary indication of the amount of the cost award, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal hereby confirms its preliminary indications by awarding its costs in the amount of $2,750 to the Department of Public Works and Government Services for responding to the complaint and directs Méridien Maritime Réparation to take appropriate action to ensure prompt payment.
