ORDER

In its determination of December 16, 2016, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal, pursuant to section 30.16 of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act, awarded ADRM Technology Consulting Group Corp. its reasonable costs incurred in bringing the complaint. The Canadian International Trade Tribunal’s preliminary indication of the level of complexity for the complaint case was Level 1, and its preliminary indication of the amount of the cost award was $1,150. Noting that there have been no submissions contesting the preliminary indication of the level of complexity or the preliminary indication of the amount of the cost award, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal hereby confirms its preliminary indications by awarding ADRM Technology Consulting Group Corp. its costs in the amount of $1,150 for bringing the complaint and directs the Department of National Defence to take appropriate action to ensure prompt payment.

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal also acknowledges the information filed by the parties, indicating that they have reached an agreement on the amount of the bid preparation costs and the amount of compensation payable by the Department of National Defence to ADRM Technology Consulting Group Corp. The Canadian International Trade Tribunal therefore considers the matters of compensation and bid preparation costs to be closed.
