AND FURTHER TO the Canadian International Trade Tribunal’s preliminary indication of the level of complexity for the complaint case and its preliminary indication of the amount of the cost award.

ORDER

In its determination of July 18, 2017, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal, pursuant to section 30.16 of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act, awarded Slenke Inc. its reasonable costs incurred in bringing the complaint. The Canadian International Trade Tribunal’s preliminary indication of the level of complexity for the complaint case was Level 1, and its preliminary indication of the amount of the cost award was $1,150. Noting that there have been no submissions contesting the preliminary indication of the level of complexity or the preliminary indication of the amount of the cost award, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal hereby confirms its preliminary indications by awarding Slenke Inc. its costs in the amount of $1,150 for bringing the complaint and directs Infrastructure Canada to take appropriate action to ensure prompt payment.

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal also acknowledges the information filed by the parties, indicating that they have reached an agreement on the amount of compensation payable by Infrastructure Canada to Slenke Inc. The Canadian International Trade Tribunal therefore considers the matter of compensation payable to be closed.
