AND FURTHER TO the Canadian International Trade Tribunal’s preliminary indication that no costs shall be awarded to either party in its order ceasing its inquiry dated February 19, 2018.

ORDER

In its order ceasing its inquiry dated February 19, 2018, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal, pursuant to section 30.16 of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act, preliminarily indicated that it would award no costs to either party, but permitted the parties to make submissions disagreeing with its preliminary indication in accordance with the time frames provided for in article 4.2 of the Procurement Costs Guideline.

Noting that said time frames have elapsed without any submissions being filed contesting the preliminary indication of the cost award, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal hereby confirms its preliminary indication that no costs shall be awarded to either party.
