IN THE MATTER OF a complaint filed by West Coast Tug & Barge Ltd. pursuant to subsection 30.11(1) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act, R.S.C., 1985, c. 47 (4th Supp.);

AND FURTHER TO a decision of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal to conduct an inquiry into the complaint pursuant to subsection 30.13(1) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act;

AND FURTHER TO a request filed by West Coast Tug & Barge Ltd. to withdraw the complaint.

ORDER

WHEREAS the above-mentioned complaint was filed on June 20 and 22, 2018, on behalf of West Coast Tug & Barge Ltd.;

AND WHEREAS the Canadian International Trade Tribunal decided, on June 26, 2018, to inquire into the complaint, pursuant to subsection 30.13(1) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act and subsection 7(1) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Procurement Inquiry Regulations;

AND WHEREAS West Coast Tug & Barge Ltd. has stated in its letter filed with the Canadian International Trade Tribunal on July 25, 2018, that it has reached a settlement with the Department of Public Works and Government Services and therefore wishes to withdraw its complaint;

AND WHEREAS subsection 30.13(5) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act provides that the Canadian International Trade Tribunal may cease conducting the inquiry;

THEREFORE, pursuant to subsection 30.13(5) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal hereby ceases its inquiry.
