ORDER
In its determination of August 24, 2004, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal, pursuant to sections 30.15 and 30.16 of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act, awarded J. Molson & Associates its bid preparation costs and its reasonable costs incurred in preparing and proceeding with the complaint.
The Canadian International Trade Tribunal awards J. Molson & Associates $2,000 for its reasonable costs incurred in preparing its bid in response to Solicitation No. EN608-033148/A.
The Canadian International Trade Tribunal's preliminary indication of the level of complexity for this complaint case was Level 1, and its preliminary indication of the amount of the cost award for preparing and proceeding with the complaint was $1,000. The Canadian International Trade Tribunal confirms its preliminary indication of the level of complexity and awards J. Molson & Associates costs in the amount of $1,000 for preparing and proceeding with the complaint.
