ORDER

In its determination on costs of June 25, 2007, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal, pursuant to section 30.16 of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act, awarded the Department of Public Works and Government Services its reasonable costs incurred in responding to the complaint. The Canadian International Trade Tribunal’s preliminary indication of the level of complexity for this complaint case was between Levels 2 and 3, and its preliminary indication of the amount of the cost award was $3,250. Noting that there have been no submissions contesting the preliminary indication of the level of complexity or the preliminary indication of the amount of the cost award, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal hereby confirms its preliminary indications by awarding the Department of Public Works and Government Services costs in the amount of $3,250 for responding to the complaint and directs Valcom Consulting Group Inc. to take appropriate action to ensure prompt payment.
