ORDER

In its order of June 29, 2011, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal, pursuant to section 30.16 of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act, awarded the Department of Public Works and Government Services its reasonable costs incurred in responding to the complaints. The Canadian International Trade Tribunal’s indication of the level of complexity for the complaint cases was Level 3, and its indication of the amount of the cost award was $4,100.

After considering the submission of Siemens Enterprise Communications Inc. (formerly Enterasys Networks of Canada Ltd.),1 the Canadian International Trade Tribunal confirms its indication of the level of complexity, allows the Department of Public Works and Government Services costs in the amount of $4,100 for responding to the complaints and directs Siemens Enterprise Communications Inc. to take appropriate action to ensure prompt payment.
