THE CANADA REVENUE AGENCY Government Institution
In its determination of January 24, 2012, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal, pursuant to section 30.16 of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act, awarded FreeBalance Inc. its reasonable costs incurred in preparing and proceeding with the complaint.
