IN THE MATTER OF a complaint filed by AT&T Canada Corp. under subsection 30.11(1) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act, R.S.C. 1985 (4th Supp.), c.47;

AND IN THE MATTER OF a motion by the Department of Public Works and Government Services for an order requesting the provision of 1) a copy of the leases that AT&T Canada Corp. has with providers of public telecommunications transport networks for the telecommunications transmission facilities alleged to underlie the subject ATM services and 2) an explanation of the relationship between the subject ATM services and the leased telecommunications transmission facilities.

ORDER

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal hereby dismisses the motion by Public Works and Government Services Canada.
