IN THE MATTER OF two complaints filed by Trust Business Systems under subsection 30.11(1) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act, R.S.C. 1985 (4th Supp.), c. 47;

AND FURTHER TO a notice of motion filed by the Department of Public Works and Government Services for an order to strike the complaints filed by Trust Business Systems on the basis that it is not a potential supplier and, hence, that the complaints do not fall within the Canadian International Trade Tribunal's jurisdiction pursuant to subsection 30.11(1) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act.
