ORDER

Having considered the motion from The Access Information Agency Inc. dated December 12, 2006, the submission dated December 22, 2006, from the Department of Transport, and the submission dated January 2, 2007, from The Access Information Agency Inc., the Canadian International Trade Tribunal orders, pursuant to subsection 17(2) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act, that the Department of Transport file with the Secretary of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal, on or before January 10, 2007, the following information and/or documentation relating to Solicitation No. T8080-06-0001:

• all scoring documentation, including scoring tables developed or used by the Department of Transport;

• any scoring supplements, guidelines or explanations developed or used by the Department of Transport;

• the evaluation scoring, including raw scoring sheets from each evaluator, and each evaluator’s scoring notes as they relate to The Access Information Agency Inc.’s bid evaluation; and

• all minutes, memoranda or other written notes arising from meetings of the technical evaluators as they relate to The Access Information Agency Inc.’s bid evaluation.
