Having considered the motion filed by CCSI Technology Solutions Corp. on May 10, 2010, the comments by the Department of Public Works and Government Services and Enterasys Networks of Canada Ltd. dated May 10 and 11, 2010, respectively, and the replies by CCSI Technology Solutions Corp. dated May 10 and 11, 2010, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal, pursuant to subsection 17(2) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act, hereby orders that the following documents be removed from the record forthwith:
