IN THE MATTER OF a complaint filed by K-W Leather Products Ltd. under subsection 30.11(1) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act, R.S.C. 1985 (4th Supp.), c.47;
AND FURTHER TO a notice of motion by the Department of Public Works and Government Services for an order rescinding the Canadian International Trade Tribunal's decision to proceed with the express option procedure set out in rule 107 of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Rules on the basis that: the complainant has given no reason to substantiate that it is important that the complaint be decided in accordance with the express option procedure; this procedure is not feasible having regard to the complexity of the complaint; and, the due process rights of the respondent have been affected.
ORDER
The Canadian International Trade Tribunal hereby dismisses the motion by the Department of Public Works and Government Services.
