IN THE MATTER OF complaints filed by Enterasys Networks of Canada Ltd. pursuant to subsection 30.11(1) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act, R.S.C. 1985 (4th Supp.), c. 47;

AND FURTHER TO a notice of motion and an addendum filed by Enterasys Networks of Canada Ltd. on May 6 and 18, 2010, for an order directing the Department of Public Works and Government Services to produce certain documents.

Having considered the motion and addendum by Enterasys Networks of Canada Ltd. filed on May 6 and 18, 2010, the comments by the Department of Public Works and Government Services dated May 6 and 20, 2010, and the replies by Enterasys Networks of Canada Ltd. dated May 12 and 21, 2010, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal, pursuant to subsection 17(2) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act, orders the Department of Public Works and Government Services to file with the Secretary of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal, by June 11, 2010, all information, including all technical justifications and related correspondence, that underlies the description of the procurement requirements with a reference to particular trademarks or brand names that were sent by client departments to the Department of Public Works and Government Services with respect to the following solicitations:
