IN THE MATTER OF a complaint filed by Med-Emerg International Inc. under subsection 30.11(1) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act, R.S.C. 1985 (4th Supp.), c. 47;

AND FURTHER TO a notice of motion filed by Department of Public Works and Government Services Canada for an order to strike the complaint filed by Med-Emerg International Inc. on the basis that the complaint is not in respect of a designated contract, as defined by subsection 3(1) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Procurement Inquiry Regulations, and, hence, does not fall within the jurisdiction of the Tribunal pursuant to subsection 30.11(1) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act.
