IN THE MATTER OF a complaint filed by Discover Training Inc. under subsection 30.11(1) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act, R.S.C. 1985, c. 47 (4th Supp.), as amended;

AND IN THE MATTER OF a motion by Canada Post Corporation for an order dismissing one of the parts of the complaint on the basis that the said part was not filed within the prescribed time limits.

O R D E R

Having concluded that the part of the complaint relating to Article 1014(3) of the North American Free Trade Agreement was not filed within the prescribed time limits, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal dismisses the said part pursuant to paragraph 10(c) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Procurement Inquiry Regulations. Detailed reasons will be provided at the conclusion of the inquiry concerning the remaining grounds for complaint.
