IN THE MATTER OF a complaint filed by Telecore pursuant to subsection 30.11(1) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act, R.S.C., 1985, c. 47 (4th Supp.);

AND FURTHER TO a decision of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal to conduct an inquiry into the complaint pursuant to subsection 30.13(1) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act;

AND FURTHER TO a request filed by Telecore to withdraw the complaint.

ORDER

WHEREAS the above-mentioned complaint was filed on November 7, 2017, on behalf of Telecore;

AND WHEREAS the Canadian International Trade Tribunal decided, on November 7, 2017, to inquire into the complaint, pursuant to subsection 30.13(1) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act and subsection 7(1) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Procurement Inquiry Regulations;

AND WHEREAS, on January 3, 2018, Telecore filed a request to withdraw the complaint because it had reached a settlement with the Department of National Defence;

AND WHEREAS subsection 30.13(5) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act provides that the Canadian International Trade Tribunal may cease conducting the inquiry;

THEREFORE, pursuant to subsection 30.13(5) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal hereby ceases its inquiry.
