IN THE MATTER OF a complaint filed by Cibinel Architecture Ltd. pursuant to subsection 30.11(1) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act, R.S.C., 1985, c. 47 (4th Supp.);

AND FURTHER TO a decision of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal to conduct an inquiry into the complaint pursuant to subsection 30.13(1) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act;

AND FURTHER TO the withdrawal of the complaint by Cibinel Architecture Ltd.

ORDER

WHEREAS the above-mentioned complaint was filed on October 21, 2019, by Cibinel Architecture Ltd.;

AND WHEREAS the Canadian International Trade Tribunal decided, on October 25, 2019, to inquire into the complaint, pursuant to subsection 30.13(1) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act and subsection 7(1) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Procurement Inquiry Regulations;

AND WHEREAS on December 19, 2019, Cibinel Architecture Ltd. informed the Canadian International Trade Tribunal that it was withdrawing the complaint;

AND WHEREAS on December 19, 2019, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police withdrew its request for costs in the complaint;

AND WHEREAS subsection 30.13(5) of the Canadian Trade Tribunal Act provides that the Canadian International Trade Tribunal may cease conducting the inquiry;

THEREFORE, pursuant to subsection 30.15(5) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal hereby ceases its inquiry. Each party shall bear its own costs.
