In its determination of March 6, 2020, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal, pursuant to subsection 30.15(4) and section 30.16 of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act, awarded Bluenose Transit Inc. its reasonable bid preparation and complaint costs. The Tribunal acknowledges the information filed by the parties, indicating that the parties have reached an agreement with respect to bid preparation and complaint costs. The Tribunal therefore considers the matters of bid preparation and complaint costs to be closed.
