ORDER
WHEREAS the complaint was filed on April 16, 2020, by Hakson Gloves and Safety Wears Inc. (Hakson);
AND WHEREAS the complaint relates to a procurement (Solicitation No. 202005604) for the purchase of slash-resistant gloves by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP);
AND WHEREAS, on April 21, 2020, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal decided to conduct an inquiry into the complaint pursuant to subsection 30.13(1) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act and subsection 7(1) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Procurement Inquiry Regulations;
AND WHEREAS, on May 26, 2020, Hakson withdrew its complaint following a settlement agreement with the RCMP;
THEREFORE, the Tribunal ceases its inquiry pursuant to subsection 30.13(5) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act. Each party shall bear its own costs.
