ORDER
WHEREAS SoftSim Technologies Inc. (SoftSim) filed the above-mentioned complaint on June 1, 2020;
AND WHEREAS the Canadian International Trade Tribunal decided, on June 4, 2020, to inquire into the complaint, pursuant to subsection 30.13(1) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act (CITT Act) and subsection 7(1) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Procurement Inquiry Regulations;
AND WHEREAS on June 16 and 23, 2020, SoftSim gave indication that it intended to withdraw its complaint;
AND WHEREAS on June 18 and 24, 2020, the Tribunal asked SoftSim to confirm whether it wished to withdraw its complaint;
AND WHEREAS on June 24, 2020, SoftSim confirmed that it was withdrawing all of its complaints with the Tribunal;
AND WHEREAS subsection 30.13(5) of the CITT Act provides that the Tribunal may cease conducting the inquiry;
THEREFORE, pursuant to subsection 30.13(5) of the CITT Act, the Tribunal hereby ceases its inquiry.
